[Twisted-Python] Twisted 15.3.0pre2 Prerelease Announcement

Hi everyone,

I've just uploaded 15.3.0pre2 to http://twistedmatrix.com/Releases/pre/15.3.0pre2/ , which provides a small fix for Twisted-using libraries that subclass Protocol overwriting the `_log` attribute.

Please test your software with it, but as this is a very minor change, I will release it very soon.
