[Twisted-Python] Relationship Manager pattern and t.e.row

Interesting description of a design pattern that seems very similar to
t.e.row: http://www.atug.com/andypatterns/RM.htm. Could be useful as
inspiration for the continuing evolution of t.e.row.

Also, http://skunkweb.sourceforge.net/PyDO/ is python Object-relation
database interface that is similar to t.e.row! Their documentation  could
almost be used by us!
