Hash Verification Prompt fails in Python 3

Description (last modified by the0id)

When using Python 3 and receiving a new host key from the server, the prompt for the user to accept the key throws an exception.

This happens because to open /dev/tty in Python 3 buffering must be disabled (buffering=0).
