OpenSSLCertificateOptions violates the transport abstraction to fail the TLS handshake when the hostname does not match

transport comes from a different unit and its
_failVerification method is private, anyway.
This should be replaced with a real interface between these two units or should be fixed by making the two units (which are really both just "do crazy stuff with OpenSSL") one unit.
