HOWTOs don't feel like a part of the website

When you follow the links to the HOWTOs from the documentation page, you are taken to a plain HTML document. While this is great for printing, it does make it feel like I've gone away from the "real" Twisted website to something that's a little more unofficial / ghetto / foreign.

I'm also taken away from the main navigation bar that I use to get around the Twisted website.

It'd be good if we could keep the navbar visible on HOWTO pages.

what about adding the css style (and the header) of the twisted site to the .xhtml docs?

This should be at least mostly fixed by the upcoming Sphinx conversion...

Closing...though future tickets may address the current mismatch between the Sphinx template and Trac (the website).
