--recurse is meaningful only when packages are being provided.  When this
happens, you almost always want to recurse.

- Make recursion the default
- Provide --no-recurse option
- Deprecate --recurse
- Remove --recurse some months from now

This may break some scripts, but probably not that many.
I reckon we should do this now.  Any objections?

Sounds ok to me, so long as e.g. "trial twisted.test.test_ftp" still does what I
expect (and I see no reason why it wouldn't).

I agree with the deprecation plan, although more concretely than "some months",
it should be "emit DeprecationWarnings in Twisted 2.1, and remove in Twisted 2.2."

Done in r14575.  --no-recurse / -N provided.

Spews a deprecation warning now.  Marking as resolved.  Will remember to remove
in 2.2
