[Twisted-web] CorePost 0.0.12 is out

Just a minor update:

Got a first iteration of proper HTML docs:
http://jacek99.github.com/corepost/

and PDF:
https://github.com/jacek99/corepost/raw/master/doc/build/latex/CorePost.pdf

to clearly explain what CorePost is (in particular what it adds on top of
the core twisted.web APIs), introduce new users to Twisted and point them
to the proper tutorials, etc.
