[Twisted-Python] IMAP implementation

I did not find the IMAP part there, only pop.
Currently I am stuck with issues related to our API, and how to integrate
it.
I am working on a clone using gmail's API, should be the same. (can be
useful for gmail imap sync behind firewall...)
