[Twisted-Python] twisted on jython

We currently have an unsupported builder for Jython 2.7: <https://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/builders/ubuntu15.04-jython2.7 <https://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/builders/ubuntu15.04-jython2.7>>

This is great, so that we can fix issues that make Twisted not support Jython, but some of the bugs that are causing it not to work may be on the Jython side as well.

Hawkowl, would it be possible to set up a Jython trunk builder?  This will remain unsupported, of course, but it would give the Jython developers the ability to see how changes they make are affecting Twisted's progress to a supported version - and possibly cut a release on their end if it turns green ;).
