[Twisted-Python] Filing Bugs

This has been resolved. Thanks to whoever it was (I didn't recognize your
IRC username) who reset my password, as that did the trick.

For the record I had tried using the password reset on the website and it
didn't seem to work. Others recently had similar problems.
