[Twisted-Python] spam comments on valid tickets

A minor administrative issue:

We have a nice "delete ticket" interface for trac admins to delete tickets that are filed as spam.  but, there are some ticket *comments* that are spam, such as on:

<http://tm.tl/2424>
<http://tm.tl/4173>
<http://tm.tl/5697>

Do any of our trac admins know how to delete the comments, and attachments, within these otherwise valid conversations?
