We've got lots of interested candidates for GSoC and OPW, and could use 
the community's help.

 1. If you know of any easy tickets, please add the easy keyword to them.
 2. Please review tickets that have the easy keyword, they are likely
    from potential candidates, and Tom Prince has some urgent stuff
    taking most of his time.
