[Twisted-Python] GSoC 13 Project Idea : Rewriting twisted.internet.stdio to use the reactor

HI,

I just went through twisted.internet.stdio and I see it doesnt use the
reactor. Its mentioned as a future plan along with support for stderr.
Could it be a viable GSoC project this year? If so, I would enjoy working
on it.
