Sorry,
It should be this:
application = service.Application('finger')
f = FingerService()
f.setServiceParent(application)
serviceCollection = service.IServiceCollection(application)
internet.TCPServer(9000, f.get_FingerFactory()
).setServiceParent(serviceCollection)
