Why do we need to do this again?  There's already 
<http://svn.twistedmatrix.com/git/Twisted>, 
<http://svn.twistedmatrix.com/git/Twisted2.git>, and 
<http://svn.twistedmatrix.com/git/Twisted3.git>.
