slide 121: in my case, output was perfectly sorted. Here it is B A C D?

slide 125: typo in header "DefferedList"

>From exercise 3 on I had to scan through quickly. I got lost on slide
156 because I didn't understand that assertion. That might happen to
some in the audience at this point.

Summary: I for myself will walk through the rest of your exercises as I
believe my understanding will profit from it. As a talk, it is too much.
As a workshop I'd say 2 hours the least. But a very good presentation
alltogether.
