[Twisted-Python] 11.0 in PPA

Well, I'm just a Twisted user, but there is

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Twisted/11.0.0

which I'd guess is trivial to build on Ubuntu (python setup.py install) from the source tarball.

I know that's not exactly your question;)
