I don't have minimal code, but in the Launchpad tree there are two
SFTP servers, written with Conch.

$ bzr co lp:launchpad
Look in lib/lp/services/sshserver for the common code;
lib/lp/codehosting/sshserver for one implementation; lib/lp/poppy for
another.
