[Twisted-Python] IMAP IDLE client support

It doesn't appear that Twisted's IMAP client
(twisted.mail.imap.IMAP4Client) supports the IDLE command.

Are there any plans for this or does anyone have any thoughts on the
complexity of implementing it?
