[Twisted-Python] Twisted on Windows: "Python does not appear to be installed"

Hi all,

Twisted does not install on my windows XP /python 2.6 computer.
Twisted installer says: "Python does not appear to be installed"

but python is really installed and runs well on my computer !

What is the solution ?
