Please check out the first pre-release of Twisted 8.2.0, the first
release since April. The downloads are available at:

And the NEWS file is available at:

    http://twistedmatrix.com/users/radix/8.2.0pre1/NEWS.txt

If there are no problems reported with this pre-release, it will be
re-cut as Twisted 8.2.0.
