[Twisted-Python] "Stability: Unstable" might be clearer as "API status: unsupported"?

I reckon this is a good idea. However, it would be good to know
exactly what 'supported' and 'unsupported' mean -- particularly in
terms of DeprecationWarnings, releases etc.
