Fine in principle.  However, as far as refactoring wait out of Trial,
well, my conviction is an arrow already in flight. I don't want to
underestimate the difficulty of that task and promise you something
that I won't be able to give.

That said,  I will try to spend some time cleaning up branches and the like.
