Yes! These tutorials are really quite good. If you have the time and  
inclination, working through the "Twisted from Scratch" tutorial is  
very useful. Also, I found the section "High-level Twisted" to be  
another good starting place.

questions are answered on the Twisted wiki <http://twistedmatrix.com/
