[Twisted-Python] how can I Scheduling a command?

Here is the code,
 you'll have Stephen's version in the scheduler folder and mine in the myversion folder.
 My version is essentially Stephen's one but without the interfaces and the cron task debugged. There's also a service example, inspired frome TimeService but able to run several tasks. It can be improved, especially by adding the capacity to add tasks while it's running. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
