[Twisted-Python] logging errors in pb.py

pb logs failures with an error of type pb.Error if these failures are
returned by remotely-invoked methods; however, if these methods raise the
same Error, it is not logged.

Is this difference intentional or accidental?

Shouldn't this difference be removed?
