[Twisted-Python] twisted.trial.assertions is now deprecated.

Hello,

As part of the on-going maintenance of Trial, I have deprecated the
assertions module.  All people writing unit tests are advised to use
the assertion methods on unittest.TestCase.

I would appreciate some help in updating Twisted's tests.
