[Twisted-Python] Update on cheese shop

Hello!

Is anyone going to do an update on the cheese shop anytime soon? Trying 
to install Twisted 2.10, I ended up installing 1.30, as the installation 
download page listed in the Cheese Shop has just downloads of that version.

I saw Itamarst is the owner there.

PS: didn't try to sound harsh or hostile, but english is not such an
