[Twisted-Python] twisted.trial : running tests : example requested

1. I saw an email thread that stated that the twisted.trial.doctest feature is going away, is this
true? If not, could I get a simple example?

2. I am working thru the docs at:
http://twistedmatrix.com/projects/core/documentation/howto/policy/test-standard.html and the section
'Running the Tests' doesn't make sense to me:
"""
Running the Tests
How

$ Twisted/admin/runtests
"""
2.a I don't have either the Twisted directory or the Twisted/admin/runtests. Is this the current way
to run tests?

2.b I have looked for the 'runtests' after installing via debian's apt-get (below) and building off
the latest svn source:

$ svn info
Path: .
URL: svn://svn.twistedmatrix.com/svn/Twisted/trunk
Repository UUID: bbbe8e31-12d6-0310-92fd-ac37d47ddeeb

$ dpkg -l | grep wist | sed -e 's/-8.*$/-8/g' -e 's/ii//g'
