Excuse the dumb question from someone who hasn't followed the split
very closely, but is this just twisted core or is it the sumo pachage?
The package seems to include twisted.web, but not (for example)
twisted.news. So I'm confused...

(If it's only core, what's the expectation on Windows binaries for
the other components?)
