[Twisted-Python] C++ implementation of Deferreds

    Greetings all. 

    I'm curious to know if anyone has tried implementing a C++ version
of Twisted's Deferreds library. I've spent a day or so on an initial
prototype and it seems to be working out suprisingly well. Before I
put much more effort into it though, I thought I'd check to see if I'd
be reinventing the wheel with this one.
