[Twisted-Python] -shutdown taps

Does anyone have an init scripts for working with twistd and -shutdown 
scripts? I just tested out the shutdown persistence stuff with my daemon and 
it's very cool! My in-process requests don't die when I restart. Nice job.

I was hoping someone would have some shutdown/startup logic that handled 
possible error states, else I'm going to start working on one now.
