Hi Chris,

It's not very obvious but you can find the documentation here: 
http://twistedmatrix.com/documents/current/api/ and here: 
http://twistedmatrix.com/projects/core/documentation/ . First link is 
the API documentation (what I think you are looking for) and the second 
one is a link to the how-tos, etc.
