[Twisted-Python] still no stop!

Gosh, I got to get my terms right. When I said server, I meant to say 

service. I have a minimal working service. I am dealing with issues 

regarding a family of services (one env parent service and with the dbs as 

child services). How to cleanup the successful services when one failed.
