Okay, so I got everything setup as the readme states, but I had to fiddle
with my path a bit in cygwin and I'm still having some issues. The
native python seems to have problems opening cygwin files.

$ aap -f win32/build.aap
c:\Python23\python.exe: can't open file '/cygdrive/c/aap/Exec/aap'

$ aap.py -f win32/build.aap
c:\Python23\python.exe: can't open file '/cygdrive/c/aap/Exec/aap.py'

$ echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/ccs/lib:/usr/bin:/usr/ucb:/etc:/cygdrive/c/MinG
W/bin:/cygdrive/c/aap/Exec:/cygdrive/c/usr/local/wbin:/cygdrive/c/Vim/vim62:/cyg
drive/c/Python23:/cygdrive/c/Python23/scripts:.

$ ls -l /cygdrive/c/aap/Exec/aap.py
-rwxrwxrwx+   1 Administ ????????      438 Aug  7  2003
/cygdrive/c/aap/Exec/aap
.py

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
-Justin
