[Twisted-Python] Python 2.4 compatible windows binaries?

Twisted 2.0 will have windows binaries for Python 2.4, but there are no plans
at this time to do those binaries for earlier versions.

In any case, you can build what you need.  Please check out a working copy of
SVN trunk, and see the text file win32/README.win32.  You need just the "BARE
MINIMUM" build.  Any questions -> list.
