[Twisted-Python] Progress report on splitting packages

Just curious.


Is there a technical reason not to do three layers.

It seems

Application - twisted
Domain  - news
Subsystem - lowdown , ....

makes the system easier to understand then

Application - twisted
All subpackages - next level....


Just trying to understand the approach,
