[Twisted-Python] Progress report on splitting packages

Is there anything automatable about this? I'd like to automate as much 
as possible in the release-twisted script 
(Twisted/sandbox/radix/release-twisted). Soon I'll be splitting that out 
into something like twisted.python.release with only the 
project-specific stuff in the "script". It'd be cool if you could 
implement a step for doing freebsd builds (or stuff facilitating a 
freebsd build, anyway).
