For Windows, as long as there's a setup.py this is probably a candidate for
just running a buildslave that does bdist_wininst and sticks the result on a
fileserver.  That's predicated on having a buildslave, of course.

The somewhat sophisticated installer around Twisted "proper" is mainly to
provide documentation and icons and uninstall and other approachability
enhancements.

Many (most?) of these subprojects don't have a wide enough scope to need such
niceties.  However, even if they did, I couldn't provide packaging for all of
them :-(
