I'm still willing to do this, as per the mail here:

The four weeks has passed too. I'm not sure whether you were looking for
someone who has previously been involved in Twisted development though.

I'll have a look at the documentation and see what I think of it I
guess (I haven't read all of Twisted's documentation).
