[Twisted-Python] read timeouts ?

Hi,

I have one rather large problem with using Twisted as a Web server (and in 
fact most other kinds of server), which is that there is no timeout.

Thus, stale connections keep piling up, and sooner or later the open file 
limit is reached.  :-(

Suggestions as to where to place some time-out code are appreciated; I'm 
not that well-read in the Twisted internals.
