Complementing Andrew's response, if you do not want to download all
of Twisted, the LGPL can be found in:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.html

If you find the LGPL too restrictive, you should talk directly to Glyph:
he is the sole copyright owner, and has the power to negotiate with you
any license he wants. What "we" (the Twisted development team) think about
so this is not the correct forum to ask such questions.
 
This pretty sums up everything there is to know about Twisted licensing:
either use the LGPL, or ask Glyph how much money he wants for another
license. :)
