[Twisted-Python] Some high-level python 2.2 generator toys

I just spent an hour or two screwing around with generators and 
deferreds.  I threw this together, I think it's pretty slick.  I'm 
kinda tired, so the naming conventions and "documentation" might be 
stupid, but it does work.
