[Twisted-Python] twisted.im has no tests

I'd really like for what little Jython code there is right now not to break.
This is rather hard to write a unit test for, though, and I imagine most people
who are making changes to IM would not see it break.

There are acceptance tests that involve running im against Words, so please use
those, if you can.
