Last time I was in DC, I needed an internet connection and looked in the
phone book.  I found an internet cafe on the same metro line as the
Pentagon station.  So I trecked over there, only to find that the place
shut at 1800!    

I now am informed that Kinko's copies has reliable internet, and some of
then are open 24 hours -- perhaps all of them for all I know.
