[Twisted-Python] twisted.python.rebuild error demonstration

  This bug has plagued me for some time, but I've only just now managed to
track it down to something specific.  The attached is a minimal example of
how to replicate it.  I'll be pondering ways to fix it, but if anyone else
has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.  Optimal solutions will avoid making
calls to gc.get_referrers ;)
