[Twisted-Python] Migration to `twisted-web' debian package on twistedmatrix.com

I've installed and configured twisted-web on pyramid, running on port
8880. Can everyone please browse through http://twistedmatrix.com:8880/
and make sure it behaves similarly to http://twistedmatrix.com/?
Tomorrow, I'll disable the old server and switch the twisted-web
configuration to use port 80.
