For my own taste, the first (latex2html) is a bit more legible, because it
has less distracting boxes, and the diagrams are more neat.  The navigation
bars at the beginning and the end give a bit of decoration, outside the
text, which is OK.  We should stay aware that "good looking" is only of
secondary value for documentation, legibility always goes before art.

By saying so, you reveal a prejudice towards the second (Lore).  :-)
