If we are going to sit around talking about everything for which this 
is true, we could be talking about PHP for a long, long time :).  
Thanks to those of you who did the research to get this working again.  
It's unnerving that the behavior of these versions is different, 
however, if we're going to have to start inserting options about which 
binary to use, FastCGI support, et. al. for PHP, perhaps we should have 
a --with-php=... option for mktap web?  Debian can provide a sensible, 
working default, but I have a feeling that other installations 
(/usr/local/bin seems popular for PHP users, especially if they *were* 
using apache and are *now* using Twisted with their PHP setup) will 
have problems.
