[Twisted-Python] [PATCH] manhole example, docs update

Thanks for the docs, Brain.  I applied your patch...  but not without
breaking it a little first.  Instead of including your example code
which imported twisted.tap.manhole, I used the more canonical "mktap -a
qotd.tap manhole" command for the example.

Problem is, while there is a plug-in to make qotd.tap in
doc/howto/listings/TwistedQuotes, that isn't usually a place that the
plug-in registry searches...
